Maintenance contents and requirements of CNC arc bending machine

Primary maintenance
Thoroughly clean the equipment, especially the internal structure of the equipment.
2. Clean the filter of the proportional valve, drain the precipitated dirty oil at the bottom of the oil tank, and supplement the clean oil.
3. Check the lubrication parts and add new lubricating oil.
4. Check and clean the electric cabinet.
5. Check and adjust the clearance of pressure roller guide rail.
6. Fasten all parts
The first-level maintenance is mainly performed by operators, who are tutored by maintenance workers, and the maintenance electrician is responsible for cleaning the electrical box. Maintenance interval is 500~1200 hours.
Secondary maintenance
1. Check the accuracy of the pressure wheel guide rail, grind if necessary, and adjust the clearance of the pressure wheel guide rail.
2. Clean the hydraulic system, replace the proportional valve filter, and replace the hydraulic oil.
3. Overhaul the electric control box and replace the components according to the situation.
4. Disassemble and check the X and Y axis position detection mechanism, and replace the worn parts.
5. Check the reduction gearbox and replace the lubricating oil of the reduction gearbox.
6. Fasten all parts.
Secondary maintenance is based on regular planned maintenance work with maintenance workers as the main part and operators participating in. The equipment is partially disassembled, cleaned and overhauled, replaced or repaired seriously worn parts, and some precision of the equipment is restored to meet the process requirements. Maintenance interval is 2500~4500 hours.
